Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with medium supervision.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for financial counseling and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Pursue communication with defaulted customers to obtain payment commitments and resolve delinquency.
• Identify and negotiate loss mitigation options to maximize investor return.
• Respond to customer correspondence in compliance with guidelines.
• Record all customer interactions in the internal system accurately.
• Manage time across multiple systems to address delinquency causes.
• Refer non-delinquent customers for alternatives to aid ownership retention.
• Handle escalated situations with professional conflict management and quality assurance.
