MAFÉ Resources in Miami, FL is seeking an energetic inside sales professional for an on-site role in the Doral area. You will make 80+ outbound calls daily, engage small business owners, present funding programs, and guide prospects through the sales process.

Base pay is $21/hr with uncapped commissions, and most reps earn $1K–$3K per month; top performers exceed $4,500 per month. Training is provided; Monday–Friday schedule with full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, call center, or closing experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a high-call-volume, commission-driven setting.
• Strong communicator with goal-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Make 80+ outbound calls per day using a dialer to warm/cold B2B leads.
• Speak with merchants who have worked with us before or shown interest.
• Present financial programs and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Handle objections, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
• Track activity in Salesforce CRM.
