Job summary

Abrigo is seeking a Training Consultant to educate clients at community financial institutions on Financial Crimes solutions. You will deliver training virtually, onsite, or a mix, helping users become proficient and confident with the software.

You will onboard customers, collaborate with product teams, and develop engaging training materials while traveling domestically up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience training users on complex software products.
• 2+ years of banking experience, ideally in BSA/AML/CFT compliance and/or fraud.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently and adapt to customer timelines.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across Abrigo’s Financial Crimes applications to support customer learning.
• Deliver engaging training virtually, onsite, and in-person to drive product adoption.
• Lead onboarding: 30-60-90 day ramp for new customers.
• Collaborate with Product Development to incorporate client feedback into the product.
• Maintain training materials and online learning content and improve processes.
