Responsible for analyzing customer and transactional activity to identify suspicious activity, filing SARs/CTRs with regulators, and coordinating with internal teams and law enforcement. Requires high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
• Attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams & priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self Sufficient and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity.
• Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity that has been escalated by internal teams, external partners and third parties including Law Enforcement.
• Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
• Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
