Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Fraud Analyst to analyze customer and transactional data to identify suspicious activity and file SARs/CTRs with regulatory agencies. This hybrid role supports monitoring strategies, handles inquiries, and ensures compliance while delivering timely service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Typically requires less than one year of related experience.
Ability to manage daily workload.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-sufficient and well organized with support.

Responsibilities

Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data to identify and confirm suspicious activity.
Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity escalated by internal teams, external partners and third parties including Law Enforcement.
Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards.
Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
