Cascade Medical, located in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade foothills of Central Washington, has an opening for an onsite Financial Counselor/Reimbursement Specialist to join our dynamic Business Office team.

Job Summary: The Financial Counselor/Reimbursement Specialist is a hybrid Revenue Cycle position responsible for assisting patients with financial and insurance needs while also supporting insurance follow-up, reimbursement, accounts receivable, and required reporting activities. This position serves as a resource for patients by helping them understand insurance coverage, account balances, payment options, financial assistance, and available community resources. The position also works directly with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and reimbursement issues.

Schedule: Work schedule is anticipated to be Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

As a public entity, our wage range is set on a 30-step scale (Base-30 years of experience). Offer letters and wage determination will be written based on years of experience.
