Formación

• Two years of healthcare billing and insurance knowledge.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding helpful and medical terminology.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Admit patients and verify insurance coverage; process admission paperwork.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss payment options with patients/families.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access and Case Management to resolve accounts.
• Assist with cashiering and recording payments; set up payment plans.
