Job summary

UNLV is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Institute for Financial Literacy and Wellness to plan, coordinate, and deliver university-wide financial literacy initiatives. You will design curricula, manage workshops, and oversee program tools for a diverse student population of 30,000+.

The role requires coordinating education programs, supervising Graduate Assistants, and supporting grant compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences or related field with 3 years of program coordination or student services experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Experience coordinating educational programs for 500+ participants annually.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver university-wide financial literacy and wellness initiatives.
• Design curricula, materials, and program tools for workshops and micro-credential programs.
• Manage Institute daily schedule and supervise Graduate Assistants or student workers.
• Foster internal collaborations and partnerships with academic units.
• Assist with grant research, compliance reporting, and resource stewardship.
• Support enrollment, retention, and equitable student outcomes in line with university goals.
