Job summary

ADP, Inc. in New Hampshire seeks a Financial Control Analyst to support daily reconciliation, investment trading, pricing, cash movements, dividend postings, and tax reporting.

You will perform analysis, improve accounting methods, and participate in projects as needed. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented, compliant approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent training.
• 1 to 3 years of general Financial Control experience OR 1 to 2 years as a Financial Control Analyst I having mastered the skills for that role and excelling in the performance management appraisal.
• Experience in mailroom operations, print operations, financial services, or a related operational environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Experience working within regulated environments and adhering to compliance and audit requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of liabilities to assets and resolve discrepancies between recordkeeping and trust holdings.
• Investment Trading: place, confirm, and settle trades and report daily activity.
• Investment Pricing and Performance: obtain and validate pricing data for records.
• Cash Reconciliation and Money Movements: daily reconciliations and wire instructions.
• Dividend Analysis and Postings: post dividends within timeframes and resolve discrepancies.
• Check writing: run daily production of retirement plan checks and reconcile outputs.
• Tax Reporting: Federal and State withholding, reporting, and reconciliations; stay compliant with legislation.
• Analysis/Problem Solving: handle moderately complex assignments.
• Accounting Systems and Other Financial Control Applications: develop and implement enhancements.
• Special Studies/Projects: conduct studies leading to accounting methods/procedures.
