Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily share balance reconciliation between records and trust assets.
• Place, confirm, and instruct for settlement of investment trades.
• Obtain pricing information and validate accuracy for record keeping.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations for established demand deposit accounts.
• Acquire and post all dividend transactions to the record keeping system.
• Complete the daily production of retirement plan checks.
• Perform reconciliations for Federal and State tax reporting.
• Possess knowledge for moderately complex assignments.
• Recommend changes to expedite accounting systems.
• Conduct studies for development of accounting methods.
