Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Lexington, KY is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee payroll, cost and general accounting, and the monthly close process. You will ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, coordinate budgets, and provide detailed financial analysis to senior leadership.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage cash flow forecasting, asset accounting, and internal controls, partnering with site operations to drive cost efficiencies and accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or business administration is required.
• Minimum eight years’ experience leading an accounting/finance department, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing internal controls and cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct oversight of payroll, cost and general accounting, and AR/AP.
• Ensures timely month-end close with accurate MIS reporting.
• Coordinates budgets with multiple departments and maintains LoS data.
• Manages cash flow forecasts, working capital, and CapEx activity.
• Supports audits and external reporting to corporate Finance.
