Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions, Lexington, is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary interface with clients across development and manufacturing projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success according to scope, timeline, and budget.

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will oversee meetings, timelines, risk management, and revenue-related activities while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable scientific field is required.
• One to three years of Project Management experience desired.
• Minimum two years in pharmaceutical industry experience desired; CM or CRO experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of cGMP Guidelines and FDA regulations; understand SOPs and Safety/OSHA policies.
• Proficiency with SmartSheet (or equivalent PM software) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external clients throughout the manufacturing process.
• Lead role in determining specific client requirements.
• Ensure client expectations are managed and met.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients.
• Manage project scope, timeline and budget of multiple complex projects.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in applicable scientific field
