Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Lexington seeks a Financial Controller to oversee payroll, cost and general accounting, accounts receivable and payable, and ensure accurate monthly closes.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will coordinate budgets, maintain cost models, monitor inventory costs and provide detailed support for strategic decisions. A strong US GAAP/IFRS background and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher in accounting/finance/business.
• Minimum eight years’ experience leading an accounting/finance department in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS and internal controls.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, cost and general accounting, AR and AP.
• Ensure timely month-end close with high accuracy.
• Coordinate budgeting across departments and track variances.
• Manage inventory costing, cycle counts and year-end inventory.
• Prepare line of sight, sales forecasts and cost models for decision making.
