Job summary

You will partner with the CEO, Clinical Leadership, and Operations to ensure sustainable growth and data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include owning P&Ls, real-time revenue visibility, budgeting, cash flow, and ensuring alignment with bank and investment needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Healthcare experience with ABA is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide and clinic-level P&Ls.
• Provide real-time visibility into revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across clinics.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and growth planning.
• Manage cash flow and owner-level financial clarity.
• Drive compliance and risk management.
