Atlantic Group is seeking an experienced accounting professional in New York, NY. The candidate will take a lead role in financial consolidations, compliance, and team leadership within a dynamic finance function.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and possess 8–12 years of relevant experience, ideally in a global private equity-backed organization. The role involves strategic initiatives and requires strong technical skills.

Formación

• 8–12 years of corporate accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience.
• Strong experience with acquisition accounting, purchase price allocations, and business combinations.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and multi-currency accounting operations.

Responsabilidades

• Review regional financial statements and multi-entity consolidations in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals while supporting operational excellence.
• Serve as key liaison with external auditors and support annual audits.
