Job summary

Pencil is seeking a finance leader to strengthen internal control across P2P, O2C, payroll and expenses. You will own the end-to-end review of management accounts, revenue recognition and cash flow forecasting, and you will supervise treasury activities.

You will drive efficiency by applying AI to finance operations, manage escalation paths, and provide senior judgment on complex accounting and revenue matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Own and continuously strengthen the internal control framework across all business cycles, including P2P, O2C, payroll, and expenses.
• Provide final review on management accounts, revenue recognition, AP runs, and first review of monthly payroll, while owning cash flow forecasting and treasury.
• Streamline finance operations using AI, handle escalation relationships, and give senior judgement on complex accounting and revenue recognition matters.
