Job summary

TrustPoint, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for our growing commercial and government business.

Working with the CEO and COO, you will build systems, processes, and financial discipline to guide decisions, maintain audit-ready operations, and support TrustPoint’s ongoing growth. You will own the general ledger, close processes, and compliance with government contract cost accounting while driving profitability across distinct revenue streams.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification is required.
• Controller or senior accounting management experience.
• Knowledge of government contract cost accounting (FAR Part 31) and DCAA expectations.
• Ability to design and implement scalable internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash forecasting, and policy administration.
• Manage procurement and contract financials, including revenue recognition and billing.
• Collaborate with CEO/COO on budgeting, pricing decisions, and board reports.
• Ensure audit readiness and government contract cost reporting.
