Job description

I am looking to hire a full-time Financial Controller for a reputable company here in Waukesha, WI (53188). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away.

Pay:

$100,000 - $125,000 & Full Benefits

Schedule:

M-F, 8am – 4pm

Hybrid:

100% onsite

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of the Bank’s accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and correspondent banking activities
• Accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Prepare and analyze financial information, general ledger activity
• Partner with SVP/CFO to produce monthly board reporting
• Support annual financial statement audit and all regulatory examinations
• Monitor and analyze loan and deposit yields

Must Have:

• Must have a CPA, be in-process of getting CPA, or willing to get CPA.
• Bank accounting or public accounting background
• Must present themselves as a future senior leader (CFO role- down the road)
