Qualifications

• Develop the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis, cost control, and profitability assessments.
• Accounts payable and receivable; maintain the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and performing month-end and year-end close.
• Tax compliance and coordination of external audits.
• Manage financial systems and accounting software; ensure data accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business.

I am looking to hire a full-time Senior Accountant for reputable construction company here in Whitewater, WI (53190). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.

Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 (based on experience) & Benefits

Bonus: 7%

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F

Remote: Onsite to start, once candidate is fully trained it will be 3-4 days a week
