Bloem Living LLC is seeking a strategic, hands-on Financial Controller to lead accounting and financial management, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls. You will partner with leadership across departments to balance operational detail with big-picture strategy.

The role requires a proactive leader who can oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and regulatory compliance while driving process improvements and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• GAAP financial statements and month-end close experience.
• Strong ERP experience and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead general ledger, reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee treasury, cash management and forecasting.

About the Role

TheFinancial Controllerwill oversee all aspects of Bloem's financial reporting and control processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and can balance operational detail with big-picture financial strategy.

You Will:

• Lead all general ledger, reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee treasury functions including cash management and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a key decision maker and business partner to leadership across departments.
• Provide performance leadership and development for the finance staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and distribution to support business objectives.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proven track record of managing month-end close and GAAP financial statements.
• Strong ERP system experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience with cash flow management.
