Job summary

Blommer Chocolate Company is seeking an experienced finance leader to provide site-level financial analysis and guidance to the General Manager and leadership team. You will oversee inventory controls, month-end close, payroll journals, and plant performance reporting while supporting cash flow and capital expenditure decisions.

The role demands 10+ years in financial analysis with manufacturing exposure, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP S/4 HANA; CPA/MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of financial analysis and leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is preferred; strong Excel skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and guidance for the General Manager and leadership team at the site.
• Oversee inventory controls, month end reporting, and count reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly payroll journal entries with HR payroll department.
• Prepare reports on plant performance including income, expenses, and earnings.
• Monitor cash flow performance and oversee capital expenditure requirements.
• Manage manufacturing accounting processes and month end close.
• Lead data analytics to support business decisions and cost reduction efforts.
• Act as point of contact for external auditors and coordinate with plant accounting teams.
