Job summary

ROARK is seeking a Manufacturing Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a manufacturing subsidiary. You will own the monthly close, GAAP reporting, cash flow management, and inventory control across sites.

This hands-on role includes mentoring junior accountants, building structured processes, and partnering with senior leadership to drive profitability and scale the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close and GAAP-compliant reporting across the unit.
• Oversee cash flow, AR/AP, and inventory management.
• Strengthen cost accounting and margin reporting for business insight.
• Manage and develop accounting teams across locations.
• Implement process improvements and drive cross-entity consistency.

What You’ll Do
