Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Financial Consultant II to support multiple Regional Market/Specialty Accounts clients. You will oversee day-to-day financial support and administer group benefit products, collaborating with clients, brokers, and partners to deliver outstanding service.

You will develop financial reports, monitor revenue projections, and ensure data integrity while contributing to strategic planning and account audits. Strong communication and advanced Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in financial consulting, accounting, or related fields.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete customer financial reports, identify reporting needs, analyze data and communicate results to meet client needs.
• Prepare year-end financial accounting and ERISA reporting for clients; validate monthly revenue projections and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor key financial parameters of internal management reporting and identify discrepancies, trends and results affecting financial objectives.
• Participate in client meetings (in person or conference call) and prepare materials; participate in client account audits and strategic planning.
