You will become a member of the MidAtlantic Customer Unit in National Accounts, delivering world class customer service to our premiere National Account customers. This role will deliver exceptional customer service, serve as a liaison between the clients and MetLife internal departments, resolve client inquiries, and develop proficiency in account and project management, problem resolution, implementation, and customer service.
The expected salary range for this position is $63,500 - $97,400.
