Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers, process transactions, and provide exceptional service while educating customers on deposit products, loans and online banking.

You will proactively identify sales opportunities, refer customers to other bank areas, and uphold all policies. This full-time office role located in Minnesota emphasizes relationship building and community banking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales; military service in a related role acceptable.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking and lending.
