Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will nurture consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposit products, and handling transactions with accuracy.

You will educate customers, follow a disciplined sales process, and work with partners to deepen relationships while complying with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues for walk-in customers.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, service, and communication skills in daily interactions.
