Rubicon Programs in Antioch, CA seeks a dedicated Financial Coach to assess finances, screen benefits, and coach clients who are low-income, formerly incarcerated, or homeless. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Antioch Site Manager and requires occasional travel.

You will coach clients to improve budgeting, asset and credit building, coordinate VITA tax services, and build partnerships with local institutions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience serving low-income/formerly incarcerated/homeless individuals.
• Understanding of budgeting, asset and credit building.
• Training in Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Coaching is provided.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial coaching and promote financial fluency to clients.
• Develop financial plans, facilitate workshops, and offer one-on-one coaching.
• Coordinate financial services and VITA tax assistance for clients.
• Screen public benefits eligibility and assist applications.
• Foster relationships with local financial institutions and community orgs.
