Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
• Experience teaching or leading workshops is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Knowledge of challenges faced by low-income communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one financial counseling to clients.
• Lead and support group workshops on budgeting, saving, debt reduction, and credit building.
• Update client records and track progress toward program goals.
• Coordinate with community partners and financial institutions.
• Prepare for and deliver workshops on topics like smart banking.
