Job summary

Raymond James in St. Louis seeks a Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and staff. You will handle inquiries, schedule meetings, onboard new clients, and maintain accurate client records.

The role requires effective communication across platforms, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Series 7 and SIE licenses are required or pursued where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one or more years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• SIE certification required; Series 7 and 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients by phone, in person, or virtually.
• Onboards new clients, opens new accounts, and researches client and security information.
• Ensures client information and documentation comply with firm rules and regulations.
• Processes and monitors transfer of assets and monitors cash awaiting investment.
• Prepares financial reports and inputs orders for advisor portfolios.
• Maintains client records using CRM software and supports marketing efforts.
