Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Client Services Associate (NR) to assist Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts and records. You will handle a wide range of administrative duties, provide exceptional client service, and support trading activities as directed by Advisors.

The role requires organizational skills, knowledge of the brokerage industry, and proficiency in MS Office. You will work closely with advisors and branch leadership to ensure accurate account

Qualifications

• Minimum required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum required: 2 years clerical/related industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist opening and maintenance of client accounts and records.
• Provide overall client service support and handle administrative tasks.
• Enter routine trade entries as directed by Financial Advisors.
• Prepare mailings, filings, and phone coverage as needed.
• Escalate unusual activity to the Branch Manager.
