Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Client Services Associate to support Financial Advisors by opening and maintaining client accounts and records, handling administrative tasks, and providing responsive service. Under supervision, you will interact with clients to gather documents, coordinate with advisors, process requests, and ensure compliance and accuracy of trade-related records.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum required: 2+ years investment industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and maintaining client accounts and records; account coding based on features chosen by clients.
• Work with Financial Advisors and clients to obtain required documents for account establishment.
• Organize and maintain complete client account and trade-related records for Financial Advisors and branch files.
• Perform administrative duties (typing, filing, answering phones, mailing documents) and support FA communications and ads as needed.
• Provide reports and information to Financial Advisors and escalates issues to Branch Manager when needed.
