• Assist one or more Financial Advisor(s) with opening and maintenance of client accounts and records.
• Provide administrative support including word processing, mailings, filing, and answering phones.
• Enter trades as directed by the FA(s) and provide client service support.
• Prepare reports and information for FA(s) and branch managers.
• Organize and maintain client account and trade-related records and files.
