Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 years financial services industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume client interactions via phone, email, in person, and virtual channels.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Open new client accounts and maintain client records and reports.
