• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication across multiple platforms.
• Detail oriented with the ability to organize and track many tasks.
• Experience with client onboarding and basic financial transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of client interactions via phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Assist Financial Advisors and branch staff with administrative tasks.
• Process client transactions and expenses with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and research client data using internal systems.
• Prepare reports and maintain CRM records.
• Support marketing efforts and client events when needed.
