Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to join our team. You will provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, prospective and existing clients, and branch staff.

Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. The role includes onboarding clients, opening accounts, preparing reports, and supporting marketing efforts while maintaining compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 and possibly Series 63/65/66 per state requirements.
• Proven client service and communication skills across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for high-volume client interactions by phone, email, in person or virtually.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client data using internal systems.
• Prepare financial reports and assist Advisors with marketing efforts and events.
