Responsibilities

• Assist patient interactions to present the Medical Center as coordinated and accessible.
• Search EPIC to locate patients and reduce duplicates while assessing financial ability.
• Verify eligibility and obtain precertification; communicate with payors as needed.
• Provide required information to payors and help with referrals and authorization numbers.
• Collaborate with billing and case management to ensure accurate claims processing.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold high standards of customer service.
