Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate in Lyndhurst, NJ to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support at our Lyndhurst financial center located at 753 Ridge Road. The role requires availability to work around branch hours, with no Sundays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize CRM to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and ensure onboarding and expanding relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while exercising sound judgment within limits.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
