Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. invites applicants for a Sales and Service Specialist role at our Marlton Financial Center in New Jersey. The position is full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) with a focus on both service and sales, including account opening, maintenance, and processing transactions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service or sales experience and basic cash handling skills; high school diploma is required. Availability to work branch hours, excluding Sundays, is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and CRM to foster relationship building conversations with customers.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services; open new accounts and perform maintenance requests.
• Manage risk by complying with applicable regulations and Fulton policies.
