Job summary

Fulton Bank in Marlton, NJ seeks a full-time Financial Center Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Marlton financial center. The role involves handling teller transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and driving sales referrals while aligning with branch hours (no Sundays).

You will use the CRM to deepen relationships, promote banking solutions, and support customers with digital tools.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
1+ year(s) customer service or sales experience (Required).
6–12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and onboarding.
Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services; open new accounts and perform maintenance requests; assist with operational activities and balance sales and teller tasks.
Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, using sound judgment within limits.
Leverage knowledge of digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
