Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience (6–12 months) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions following bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Use CRM to build relationships and onboard new customers.
• Open new accounts and perform customer maintenance requests.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies; manage risk.
• Leverage digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
