Fidelity Bank is seeking a Financial Center Associate 1 in New Orleans, LA. You will provide exceptional client service, handle cash transactions, balance the cash drawer, and support referral goals under supervision. This non-exempt role offers overtime eligibility under FLSA.

Requirements include a GED or high school diploma and 6 months of cash handling or customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills are essential.

• GED or High school diploma.
• 6 months' experience with cash handling or customer service.
• Ability to travel across company footprint as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Developed cognitive skills to include Problem Solving, Judgement, Decision-Making, Organization & Planning.
• Developed interpersonal skills to include Communication: Listening, Speaking, and Writing, Resilience & Balance, Collaboration, Client Focus.

Responsabilités

• Perform all teller transactions.
• Responsible for balancing, locating and reconciling discrepancies in cash drawer including end-of-day balancing procedures and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary.
• Contribute to the financial center’s success by achieving assigned referral goals.
• Report to a supervisor for approvals when assistance is needed with transactions.
• Provide customer assistance to service accounts and perform related duties as required both in-person and over the phone.
• Assist supervisor with maintaining accurate reports.
• Assist in maintaining branch appearance standards.
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
• Comply with regulatory rules and regulations evidenced through successful completion of training and demonstrated ability.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as appointed by management.
