Job summary

Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Financial Center Assistant Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA to supervise daily operations and support the Sales and Service team. You will work with the manager to set goals and drive sales and performance objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in a related field, associate degree preferred, and ability to obtain an NMLS license. Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary. Flexible schedule anticipated.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ related work experience or specialized financial education and training normally required.
• Internal Supervisor Certification preferred.
• An Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.
• Ability to obtain and properly maintain an NMLS # in order to take applications for loans that are secured by residential real estate is a requirement of this position.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required to meet operating needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and ensures that the Financial Center operates in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Educates staff on policies and procedures and conducts audits.
• Ensure resources (cash, staffing) to support customer needs.
• Assist customers with opening/servicing accounts and loan closings; cross-sell products.
• Lead the team to meet sales and service goals; supervise and evaluate staff.
