Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate at our Hummelstown, PA financial center. You will handle teller transactions, promote banking solutions, and build trusted relationships with customers in a fast-paced branch setting.

This role emphasizes customer-centric conversations, onboarding new customers, and growing existing relationships through advisory services and cross-selling, with a focus on branch hours and local service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations with customers.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services, open new accounts, perform maintenance, and assist with operations.
• Manage risk by complying with regulations and Fulton policies.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
