Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience (Preferred).
• 3+ years related business or sales experience (Required).
• 1+ years supervisor or team leader experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and lobby engagement to identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain sound risk and compliance by adhering to regulations and company policies.
• Use CRM and resources to build relationships and onboard new customers while expanding existing relationships.
• Support team performance by collaborating with the Financial Center Manager on talent selection, onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Participate in off-site events and community initiatives to bolster brand presence and drive growth.
