Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions according to bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations via calls, appointments, and lobby engagement.
• Use CRM and resources to build relationships and onboard new customers.
• Open new accounts and perform customer maintenance requests; support operations.
