Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedures.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations with customers.
• Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between sales and teller tasks.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies; exercise sound judgment within limits.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
