Job summary

Fulton Bank in Rehoboth Beach, DE is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling service and sales needs, from account opening to transactions, in a one-stop manner.

This role requires 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, cash handling, and the ability to balance branch hours with customer demand. The position is on-site with a competitive hourly pay and eligibility for incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
