Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions following bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations via outbound and lobby engagement.
• Utilize CRM and sales techniques to build relationships and onboard new customers.
• Open new accounts and perform customer maintenance; support sales and teller duties as needed.
• Maintain compliance with laws and Fulton policies; exercise sound judgment.
