Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate in the Rehoboth Beach, DE area. Based at the 20281 Coastal Hwy location, the role supports branch operations, account openings, transactions, and proactive sales.

The candidate should be available to work hours around branch operations, with no Sundays. The position emphasizes delivering a seamless customer experience, building trusted advisor relationships, and promoting a variety of banking solutions to meet customer goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience is required.
• 6–12 months of cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience from service to sales.
• Assist with teller transactions accurately and per policy.
• Drive proactive sales conversations and referrals through lobby engagement and outbound interactions.
• Use CRM and resources to build relationships and onboard new customers.
• Open new accounts and handle customer maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies; assess risk accordingly.

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Rehoboth Beach, DE financial center at 20281 Coastal Hwy. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm. Provide customers with a one stop experience to fulfill all of their financial needs from account opening and maintenance to processing transactions. Focus on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor. Actively promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals. Time spent in various aspects of this universal role will vary depending upon Financial Center traffic and customer needs.

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

1 or more years customer service or sales experience. (Required)

6 To 12 Months Cash Handling Experience. (Preferred)

The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.56 - $29.38.
