Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Foster relationship building using the CRM system and sales techniques.
• Open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, and support sales and operational activities.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies while exercising sound judgment.
• Leverage digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
